Rental Power Solutions (RPS) was founded in 1999 by Saul Medina in Miami, Florida. Still co-owned and operated by Mr. Medina to this day, RPS was acquired by Industrial Motor Power Corporation in 2014. Rental Power Solutions has literally been a local powerhouse since inception, and after its 2014 partnership with IMP, RPS has become an international power rental operator specializing in the United States and South American markets.
In addition to Rental Power Solutions, its parent company, Industrial Motor Power Corporation, owns and operates other subsidiaries in the IMP family including IMP Latin America, and IMP Energy Solutions.
